Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

The Jersey Cow Distillery is based in Jersey, Channel Islands. We offer free deliveries to all local residents up until the end of the year. This will usually take up to 3 working days. For the UK, the Isle of Man, or any other Channel Islands customers, we’ll send your delivery using standard post. This means orders should reach you within 3-5 working days after confirmation of dispatch.

For international deliveries, you can contact us directly and we will arrange further postage details and pricing to be sent over email. If your parcel is delayed, please email us at hello@thejerseycowdistillery.com, and we will sort any issues as soon as possible.

Please note: If one of our products comes under pre-order, these will be sent out at the time stated within the product promotion. Please take note of the date when purchasing.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you can return them. 

If you have any issue with one or more of our products, please email us at hello@thejerseycowdistillery.com to let us know and we will get back to you. If you find the product to be damaged, faulted, or not what was described on our website, please ensure you notify us and we will deal with your issue as soon as we are made aware. We will make sure to get back to you within 48 hours.

If you are returning a product for any other reason, please notify us as soon as possible and let us know the reason you are returning it. Refunds can only be accepted if we are notified and the products are returned within 14 days of delivery. If for any reason any packages do not make it back to us, we will require proof of postage to continue with your refund process.

Once returned products are received (in all original condition and packaging unless damaged) a refund will be made. The process can take up to 7 days from receipt of the returned item, we will be in contact at every stage of return. Unfortunately, we do not refund the original postage costs.  

We must receive your return within 14 days of delivery.

Please notify us of damaged or faulty products within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns postage must be paid by the customer unless the product was damaged upon receiving.

Our products are made to the highest of standards and are therefore sent to the same degree of quality. Should you have any concerns with your order, please let us know and we will happily deal with any issue you may have and answer any questions.

Our returns policy does not affect any statutory rights.
