Sam Pierce is the creator of Jersey’s one and only #DairyVodka and #DairyGin. Sam embarked on an epic journey to capture the spirit of his home and celebrate its produce.
Also known as The Jersey Mixologist Sam’s passion for world-class cocktails and his in-depth knowledge of the spirit world are the foundation of these delectable and unique specialties.
Gaining support early on in the development of this unique product, life-long friend Flavio Martin has helped enable early success in the localized island market.
Flavio works closely with Sam on promoting the product across the island at events and around the food and drinks industry.
